@t:Edina Realty will once again be an official drop site for Operation HELP for the holiday season. Donations, which will be collected through Sunday, Dec. 11, may be dropped off at 400 S. Second St.
Operation HELP
Annual Christmas campaign helps children and families in the Hudson School District. Families with children in the school district who wish to be sponsored, and anyone wishing to sponsor a family, should register online at www.operationhelpstcroix.org. Computers are available at The SOURCE, 901 Fourth Street, Room 214. Clients may also call (715) 386-0881.
Salvation Army
The Salvation Army needs bell ringers to staff the red kettles around Hudson. Locations include County Market, Family Fresh Foods and Wal-Mart, Fleet Farm. To volunteer for a shift, call (715) 247-2944.
Gifts for senior citizens
The Aging and Disability Resource Center of St. Croix County is seeking names of elderly or adults with disabilities to participate in its annual Secret Santa Program. Call the ADRC at (800) 372-2333 by Tuesday, Dec. 6, to submit names. Monetary donations to the Secret Santa Program would be appreciated.
Westconsin donations
Westconsin Credit Union, 1501 Maxwell Drive, is collecting new hats and mittens, and toys for Operation HELP. Toys need to be dropped off by Dec. 11; hats and mittens by Dec. 17. A food drive for the Hudson Food Shelf will be held from Dec. 5 through Dec. 16. Food or cash donations will be accepted.
