Notice is hereby given to you, “Unknown Owners” and “Non-Record Claimants,” Defendant(s) in the above entitled suit: that the said suit has been commenced in the Circuit Court of St. Croix County, Wisconsin, by the Plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of that certain Mortgage and Security Agreement dated as of February 7, 1996 executed by ST. CROIX COMMONS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP in favor of FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK OF NORTH CAROLINA, and recorded on February 9, 1996 in the official records of the St. Croix County, Wisconsin Register of Deeds’ Office in Volume 1161, Page 160, as Document Number 539446. The above-entitled action is now pending in said Court and that the property affected by said cause is described as follows:
LOTS 29 AND 30, COUNTRY ACRES IN THE VILLAGE OF WOODVILLE, ST. CROIX COUNTY, WISCONSIN.
ALSO, VACATED BUTTERNUT DRIVE DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 29 OF COUNTRY ACRES, VILLAGE OF WOODVILLE, ST. CROIX COUNTY, WISCONSIN; THENCE N58°30'50"E 43.37 FEET; THENCE N25°37'50"E 26.41 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 31 OF SAID COUNTRY ACRES; THENCE S33°29'10"E 80.06 FEET; THENCE 307.11 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE RIGHT, HAVING A RADIUS OF 60.00 FEET, A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 293°15'58" AND A 66.00 FOOT CHORD THAT BEARS S56°30'50"W; THENCE N33°29'10"E 68.02 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

Common Address: 200 Oak Street, Woodville, Wisconsin.
Within 40 days after December 8, 2011, you must respond with a written demand for a copy of the Complaint.

If you do not demand a copy of the Complaint within 40 days, the Court may grant judgment against you for an award of money or other legal action requested in the Complaint, and you may lose your right to object to anything that is or may be incorrect in the Complaint. A judgment may be enforced as provided by law. A judgment awarding money may become a lien against any real estate you own now or in the future, and may also be enforced by garnishment or seizure of property.
