By virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered in the above-entitled action on October 20, 2010, the undersigned Sheriff of St. Croix County, Wisconsin, will sell at public auction at the front entrance of the St. Croix County Government Center in the City of Hudson, in said county, on the 21st day of February, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., the real estate and mortgaged premises directed by the Judgment to be sold, therein described as follows:

NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 lying southerly of 132nd Avenue; the N 3/4 of the SE 1/4; and the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, all in Section 25, Township 30 North, Range 19 West, all in St. Croix County, Wisconsin.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash

DOWN PAYMENT: A deposit of 10% of sale price to be deposited in cash or by certified check with the Sheriff at the time of sale; balance to be paid by cash or certified check within ten days after confirmation of sale.
