Hudson Ski Club signups set, activities begin Jan. 5
The Hudson Ski Club offers recreational skiing and snowboarding at Afton Alps starting Jan. 5 for five weeks after school for sixth grade and up.
The Hudson Ski Club offers recreational skiing and snowboarding at Afton Alps starting Jan. 5 for five weeks after school for sixth grade and up. Participants are picked up at the middle and high schools and return at 8:30 p.m. to the schools. The program includes busing, lift tickets, rental equipment and lessons if needed.
“This is a good program for kids who would like to try snowboarding or skiing as costs are at group rates,” said organizer Steve McDonald. Registration forms are available at the schools as well as St. Patrick School and also available at American Family Insurance, Steve McDonald Agency, 1810 Crestview Drive.
