Hudson Hot Air Affair theme set
The 2012 Hudson Hot Air Affair will celebrate the Chinese New Year—the Year of the Dragon. The annual winter festival and hot air balloon rally will be Feb. 3, 4 and 5 with the traditional events plus Chinese-themed activities.
The 2012 Hudson Hot Air Affair will celebrate the Chinese New Year—the Year of the Dragon. The annual winter festival and hot air balloon rally will be Feb. 3, 4 and 5 with the traditional events plus Chinese-themed activities.
Nearly 40 hot air balloons will return to Hudson to provide the “dragon fire” for the torchlight parade on Friday night. Mass balloon ascensions are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday mornings, plus the popular Saturday night Moon Glow will light up E.P. Rock school grounds like giant “Chinese lanterns.”
Countdown events ahead of Hot Air Affair weekend will take place in January throughout the community.
