CITY OF HUDSON

ORDINANCE NO. 23-11

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 235 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF HUDSON, WISCONSIN

Pursuant to its authority under Wisconsin Statutes, the Common Council of the City of Hudson hereby ordains that under Chapter 235, Parking regulations, § 235-3(C) be amended as follows:

§ 235-3(C) All night parking prohibited. No person shall park any vehicle for longer than 30 minutes between 2:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. of any day, except a physician or City employee on emergency call, on any of the following streets:

Commercial Street Both From Second Street to First Street

Locust Street Both Between First Street and Fourth Third Street

Locust Street Both Between Third Street and Fourth Street designated painted

parking stalls

Second Street West Between Buckeye Street and Vine Street

Second Street East From Wisconsin Street to Vine Street

Third Street Both From Vine Street to Walnut Street

Walnut Street Both Between First Street and Fourth Street

Wisconsin Street Both From First Street to Second Street

This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as provided by law.
