Free throw contest set for Feb. 4

Knights of Columbus St. Croix Council 1762 will sponsor the 2012 local level free throw championship to be held Saturday, Feb. 4, at the St. Patrick School gymnasium, 403 St. Croix St. Doors to the gym will be open at 8:30 a.m. with the competition to begin at 9 a.m. All girls and boys ages 10-14 are eligible to participate and will compete in their respective age divisions. Age is determined as of Jan. 1, 2012. All contestants will be recognized for their participation. Winners may advance to district competition, to be held in mid- to late-February.

All applications must be signed by the contestant and a parent or guardian verifying the age of the contestant. Entry forms will be provided the day of the competition or you may pick up an entry form at the front desk at St. Patrick School.
