PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The St. Croix County Community Development Committee will be conducting a public hearing on February 16, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at the Village of Baldwin, Community Center, 400 Cedar Street, Baldwin, Wisconsin, to consider the following petition(s):

REZONING

APPLICANT: Hendricks Investments LLC – Ed Hendricks

LOCATION: Part of the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 and part of the

NE1/4 of the NW1/4, Section 9, T28N, R19W, Town of Troy

ADDRESS: 570 Coulee Trail, Hudson, WI

REQUEST: To rezone approximately 17.47 acres from

Ag-Residential to Commercial pursuant to Section 17.72 of the

St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
