NOTICE of Publication

Pursuant to Wis. Stat. S.60.80, please take notice the Town of St. Joseph enacted an Ordinance to Temporarily Suspend Collection of Impact Fees Under St. Joseph Town Code Chapter 101 on December 15, 2011. The Ordinance temporarily suspends the Impact Fee Collections for this year of 2012 from Jan 1, 2012 through Dec 31, 2012 unless repealed or modified prior to noted end date.
