Middle school spelling bee

Hudson Middle School sixth-, seventh- and eighth-grade students participated in the 2012 Hudson Spelling Bee.

Seventh-grader Kel Holm won the competition and will advance to the Southern Regional Spelling Bee in Woodville on Feb. 22. Eighth-grader Eric Holter took second place.
