Also, commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 20 of Jacobs Landing Second Addition said point being the point of beginning of this description; thence N 85º55'37" West along the South line of Lot 20, 361.58 feet; thence 45.03 feet along the arc of a curve, concave Northwesterly whose chord bears N 14º21'29" East and measures 7º44'54" and radius measures 33.00 feet; thence S 78º47'19" East 356.30 feet to the point of beginning.
