HUDSON CITY COUNCIL, 7 p.m., City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third St.: Citizen comment; minutes; Finance committee minutes, claims, operator’s licenses; establishment of Storm Water Utility – Ordinance No. 1-12, and proposed rates – Resolution No. 1-12; cooperative purchasing agreement with Enterprise for rental vehicles; consideration of a city-wide ordinance for boat trailer parking on city streets, boat launch season passes and overall policy/procedures, formation of Hudson Urban Forestry Committee; amend Municipal Code concerning additional licensing requirements for cigarette and tobacco licenses, refuse and garbage hauler licenses, and sewer cleaning licenses – Ordinance No. 3-12; establishing St. Croix E.M.S. as a city department; quarterly reports of the City Clerk, Library Director, Director of Parks & Public Works and Wastewater Director, and St. Croix E.M.S. minutes.
