Owner Dave Knoke dressed up as the movie character Willie Wonka for the annual “Chocolatier for a Day” event Saturday morning, March 10 at his shop on Locust Street.

In the second photo, left panel, Charlie Boomsma concentrates while making confections at Knoke’s Chocolates Saturday morning. He was one of five who found a golden ticket in a chocolate bar purchased at Knoke’s, earning him the right to be a chocolatier for a day. The other winners were Madison Jones, Lexi Meyer, Oliver Gaffer and Peyton Petry.
