Dear Editor,

Kevin Adkins was elected in 2010 to be the 1st Supervisor for the Town of St. Joseph. In the intervening two years, he has worked tirelessly and without fanfare for the town’s residents to put systems in place so that the town can move confidently into the future. Kevin has been at the forefront of bringing the town’s finances under the over sight of the entire town board; he has reviewed the roads and road policies with a well-educated, experienced eye and has been instrumental in fine tuning road policies for the future; he has served as a liaison to numerous intergovernmental agencies and support organizations and has brought critical issues facing the town to the attention of the town board for consideration; and he has been a very active listener for residents who have concerns about the town and has delved with considerable depth into how those issues should be handled.

As St. Joe moves into a future with unknown challenges brought by the Stillwater bridge and other issues, Kevin’s business experience, his common sense, and his fiscally responsible approach to town government will be sorely needed. Please join us on April 3rd in voting to re-elect Kevin Adkins as St. Joe’s 1st Supervisor.
