NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the City of Hudson will conduct a public hearing on Monday, April 9, 2012, 6:45 p.m., City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin. The purpose of the hearing is to hear public comment in regard to a request by Croixland Properties, Limited Partnership to rezone approximately 124 acres at 2200 Carmichael Road from B-2, General Business District to PUB – Public or Quasi-public District and to amend the city of Hudson comprehensive plan to change the 2030 Master Plan Map land use designation from General Business to Institutional for that area of the parcel currently designated as General Business. The property is legally described as part of Section 6, T28N, R19W, City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin and is generally located approximately one mile south of I-94 abutting Carmichael Road / CTH F. The parcel is commonly known as the former St. Croix Meadows greyhound racing facility.
