REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

FOR LEASING SPACE FOR CONCESSIONS STAND AT LAKEFRONT PARK BATH HOUSE

The City of Hudson is accepting proposals for leasing space from the City to operate a concession stand at Lakefront Park Bath house for 2012.

Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. C.D.T., on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 in the office of the City Clerk, 505 Third Street, Hudson, WI, 54016, at which time they may be opened and read aloud by a representative of the City of Hudson for the operation of the concessions stand located in the bath house in Lakefront Park.

Proposals shall be addressed to: City of Hudson

Proposals shall be marked: “PROPOSAL FOR LEASING SPACE FOR CONCESSIONS STAND AT LAKEFRONT PARK BATH HOUSE”

Anyone desiring a copy of the proposal form and specifications may obtain them from the City of Hudson Parks Department, 505 Third Street, Hudson, WI 54016. If you have any questions or wish to schedule a time to view the facility please contact Tom Zeuli at 715-386-4774 at Ext. 114.

The City of Hudson reserves the right to reject any and all proposals; to waive all irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the lease for the proposal that best serves interests of the City.
