10th Annual Spring Showcase is April 15

The 10th Annual Spring Showcase will be held at the Hudson Sports and Civic Center, 1820 Hanley Road, on Sunday, April 15, from 11 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

This free community expo is designed to raise awareness of area services and products conveniently available within the Hudson and surrounding area. Featuring more than 80 businesses, many participating business booths offer drawings for door prizes and a variety of food vendors will be offering samples and selling their products.

New this year the showcase stage is “The Big Fun Show” featuring comedy, juggling and magic, as well as local talent including Hudson High Harmony, The Phipps Center Children’s Theater, Helmer Dance, Destination Imagination, ShamROCKS and Adrenaline Martial Arts Academy.

Prizes to be awarded include:

—2012 Yamaha Scooter provided in part by Mondus Motorsports.

—Four Twins tickets provided by Mix 105 Radio.

—A gas grill and grill meat package courtesy of Walmart and RJ’s Meats and Groceries.

—A patio heater provided by Hudson Home Depot.

Raffle tickets are $20 each and are limited to 500.

This fundraiser supports the area economy by supporting the Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau. Raffle tickets cost $20. Winners need not be present to win. Tickets are available now for purchase at The UPS Store, County Market, Lavender Thymes and the Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Bureau.
