Dog track rezoning hearing is Monday
A public hearing on Croixland Properties’ application to rezone the former St. Croix Meadows dog track property from general business to public use is scheduled for 6:45 p.m. Monday, April 9.
A public hearing on Croixland Properties’ application to rezone the former St. Croix Meadows dog track property from general business to public use is scheduled for 6:45 p.m. Monday, April 9.
It will take place in the council chambers at City Hall, 505 Third St., prior to the City Council meeting.
Croixland Properties has entered into an agreement to sell the dog track to the Hudson School District for the site of a future secondary school.
The referendum authorizing the property purchase for the Hudson School District was approved at the April 3rd spring election.
