Talent show focuses on Hudson’s talented teens

Youth Action Hudson will present the fourth annual On the Road to Stardom... Hudson Youth Have Talent show on Thursday, April 19.

Youth Action Hudson will present the fourth annual On the Road to Stardom...Hudson Youth Have Talent show on Thursday, April 19.

The master of ceremonies will be morning radio personality Ron Revere from Mix 105. The talented lineup that will compete for cash prizes in made up of 15 acts. They include Hudson High Harmony and the HHS Swing Choir, the band Benito Jasper, several instrumental performances along with vocal solos and duets, hip hop dance and standup comedy.

The show will be at Hudson High School auditorium beginning at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets will be on sale from 3-4:30 p.m. in front of the auditorium from Monday through Thursday April 16-19. They will also be sold before the show starting at 6 p.m. The cost is $5 for students with ID, $7 for adults in advance and $10 for adults at the door.

A favorite element of the show is the “audience choice award” where audience members get to pick their favorite act of the evening.
