Former gold medal winner leads fitness classes beginning May 1

The class is designed to provide a full body workout through multi-level cardio and strength exercises. The class sessions will use a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands, bosus, medicine balls, physio balls and jump ropes.
All exercises can be modified to accommodate a participant’s personal fitness level.
Classes are scheduled each Tuesday and Thursday from 11 a.m. to noon. Classes are held at the Larsen Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy, 2305 Willis Miller Dr. Costs vary from $10 for one session to $140 for a 20-session punch card. For more information call (715) 386-1155.
