By virtue of a judgment of foreclosure made in the above-entitled action on May 12, 2011, I will sell at public auction in the Entrance of the St. Croix County Government Center, located at 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, WI 54016, on June 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., all of the following described premises, to wit:

Lot 60, Humbird Hills Third Addition, in Hudson Township, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.

THE PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD SUBJECT TO ALL LEGAL ENCUMBRANCES.
