TOWN OF ST JOSEPH

Advertisement for Bids

Please take notice the Town of St Joseph, Hudson,

Wisconsin is seeking bids for:

1) chip seal coating of approximately 4.5 miles (12 roads) with oil specs of .35 gal per sq yard;

2) crack sealing approximately 5 miles (38 roads or road sections)

3) AMZ patching of approximately 10 miles (38 roads or road sections).

Please submit a separate bid for each project you are interested in performing as listed above.

Bids will be received by the town clerk until 2:00 pm on Monday May 21, 2012. The sealed bids will be opened on May 22 at the town hall. The Town Board will consider awarding bids prior to the Plan Commission Meeting on June 6th. Contractors are encouraged to contact Supervisor Rick Colbeth 715-377-6160 or chair Dan Gavin at 715-222-6235 with questions to review the projects and roads proposed. Bidder Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to the Town Clerk prior to the date set for receiving and opening bids. The Town of St Joseph reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interests of the Town.
