Women’s gun class set
The Hudson Rod, Gun, and Archery Club will sponsor a National Rifle Association’s Women On Target Trap shooting clinic. The class consists of two sessions, held June 14 and June 16.
The Hudson Rod, Gun, and Archery Club will sponsor a National Rifle Association’s Women On Target Trap shooting clinic. The class consists of two sessions. The first part of the class is on Thursday, June 14, at 6:30 p.m. The second part is range day on Saturday, June 16, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The clinic will feature training in the safe handling of shotguns to help participants learn the fundamentals of shooting Clay Pigeons in a relaxing and fun-filled environment. According to the National Shooting Sports Association, women are the fastest growing segment of the shooting sports.
The cost is $35 per person. All necessary equipment will be provided by the club.
Registration is completed by mailing a check (payable to the Hudson Rod & Gun Club) to Tom Irwin at 1321 Boulder Point Dr. Hudson, WI 54016.
