RESOLUTION REVIEWING

COMPLIANCE MAINTENANCE REPORT

RESOLVED, that the Village of North Hudson informs the Department of Natural Resources that the following actions were taken by the Village of North Hudson Board of Trustees.

WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees has reviewed the Compliance Maintenance Annual Report, which is attached to this Resolution.
