Strong winds kept both the graduates and the audience comfortable Saturday night during the Hudson High School graduation ceremony held outside at Newton Field. At the start of the ceremony temperatures hovered close to 90 degrees.
The event was conducted without a hitch as 394 students walked across the state to receive their diplomas.
The HHS band played three numbers and the Chamber Choir and Senior Singers performed one song.
Speakers included class president Sam Rosiejka, valedictorian, Brett DuCharme and Jason Swavely, as the teacher chosen by the class to speak.
See pages 10 and 11 of the June 14 print edition to read the Commencement Addresses by each speaker in full.
