Saturday’s Dash for Dads' benefits Relay

"Dash for Dads a family 5K Run/Walk" will be held this Father's Day weekend on Saturday, June 16, beginning in Prospect Park. The event is organized by the family of the late Dick Smith of Hudson who died of lymphoma in January 2007. It honors all dads, brothers and sons battling cancer.

Proceeds raised at the event will go to the Hudson Relay For Life on June 22-23.

Registration for the event is available online or by mailing in a

registration form. The cost is $20 for adults, $70 for a family of four.

Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. on the day of the event with the 5K to begin at 9 a.m.
