Letters- Should pay for recall

Dear Editor,

Is it me or is this whole recall election as stupid to you all as it is to me. We elected our governor and he is doing what he said he would do, now we have people who don’t like it, so let’s have a recall election. We should make those who signed the petitions for a recall pay for it, send them all a bill for $10 or $15. Or next time, and I hope there isn’t a next time, before they sign they have to pay a fee. Why should all of us have to pay for something a lot of us didn’t want.

There goes some of the dollars that could have been used for something useful like education, health care, etc.

You want a recall election, you pay for it.
