PUBLIC NOTICE

The Village of North Hudson Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 28, 2012 at 5:00 p.m., Village Hall 400 7th Street N., to consider the following:

Variance application of Brian Marrs/Dick & Sandy Nelson, 701-4th St. N., PIN 161-2016-30-000. Applicants request a variance to construct an attached garage which would encroach the 30 foot setback for a corner lot on a street side by 15.5 feet, per Municipal Codes 98-5 & 98-31(c).

Copies of the variance application and proposed plan are available for review at the North Hudson Village Hall Mon. through Fri. 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
