Nor-Lake announced that Barb Belongia, vice president of Foodservice Sales and Marketing, was given the President’s Award for Excellence in May 2012.
The President’s Award for Excellence recognizes Belongia’s strong leadership and ability to develop, understand and execute Nor-Lake sales strategies in order to drive sales performance to the highest level to date, achieving the $100 million milestone. She also successfully repositioned the Nor-Lake brand from a walk-in manufacturer to a complete refrigeration manufacturer.
