Weiler receives financial services award

Ronald Weiler of the financial services firm Edward Jones in Hudson recently won the firm’s Jack Phelan Award for his exceptional achievement in building client relationships.

Weiler was one of 300 of the firm’s 12,000 financial advisors to receive the Jack Phelan award.

The award is named after Jack Phelan, who, after joining the firm in 1950, became one of the firm’s first “TNT” brokers, traveling the countryside Tuesday through Thursday, bringing investment advice to rural investors.

“It’s truly an honor to receive recognition for building relationships with those clients we serve,” said Weiler. “And it’s quite inspirational to receive an award named after a firm legend such as Jack Phelan who was dedicated to individual investors and understood each investor’s unique financial goals.”
