By virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure made in the above entitled action on September 2, 2009, in the amount of $43,590.64, I will sell at public auction at the Entrance of the St. Croix County Government Center 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, WI 54016, City of Hudson, County of St. Croix, State of Wisconsin on July 31, 2012, at 10:00 AM, all of the following described mortgaged premises, to wit:
Part of Outlot “93” of the Assessor's Plat of the City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 4 of Harding's Addition to the City of Hudson, thence due North along the West line of Outlot “93” of the Assessor's Plat of the City of Hudson 67.3 feet; thence due East at right angles with said last mentioned line 165.5 feet more or less to West line of Fifth Street; thence South along the West line of Fifth Street 67.3 feet more or less to a point directly East of the place of beginning; thence West 165.5 feet more or less to the place of beginning.
