PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered on February 13, 2012 the Sheriff will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:
TIME: August 14, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.
TERMS: Pursuant to said judgment, 10% of the successful bid must be paid to the sheriff at the sale in cash, cashier’s check or certified funds, payable to the clerk of courts (personal checks cannot and will not be accepted). The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the clerk of courts in cash, cashier’s check or certified funds no later than ten days after the court’s confirmation of the sale or else the 10% down payment is forfeited to the plaintiff. The property is sold ‘as is’ and subject to all liens and encumbrances.
PLACE: At the entrance of the St. Croix County Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, in the City of Hudson, St. Croix County.

Parcel 2: Outlot 44 of the Assessor’s Plat of the Village of Somerset, EXCEPT part deeded to Martel and Solsvig in Volume 452, page 516 and EXCEPT parcels in Volume 1140, page 439, as Document No. 533954 and in Volume 1146, page 417, as Document No. 538217, and EXCEPT part to Somerset Camp in Volume 532, page 418, St Croix County, Wisconsin.
The properties will be sold as a whole.
