ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF GASOLINE AND DIESEL

The City of Hudson is accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for all supervision, materials, labor and equipment necessary to furnish and deliver Gasoline and Diesel fuels effective September 1, 2012 until August 31, 2013.

The City of Hudson will receive bids at the office of the City Clerk, 505 3rd St. Hudson, Wisconsin until 10:00 am on Thursday August 9, 2012.

Bids shall include the State Road Tax and Cleanup Fund Tax and a deduction for federal taxes allowable as a refund on municipal purchases.

Bid documents may be downloaded from the City of Hudson’s website at www.ci.hudson.wi.us or obtained in person at the City Clerk’s office in Hudson City Hall, 505 3rd St., Hudson, Wisconsin.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities or to proceed otherwise when in the best interest of the City. Bids shall be valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date bids are opened.
