NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

RE: 2012 SIDEWALK, CURB & GUTTER

REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

Please take notice that a Public Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 505 Third Street, Hudson, WI before the Common Council on Monday, August 6, 2012 at 6:50 p.m. for the purpose of hearing persons interested, or their agents or attorneys, regarding the intent of the City to replace portions of sidewalks and/or curb and gutter and assess property owners abutting the following streets:

 Sidewalk replacement for portions of property at addresses listed below, including City rights-of way:

18 Buckeye Street 327 Locust Street

1414 Croix Crest Drive 38 Meadowlark

2200 Foxglove Way 801 10th Street

4th Street: 801, 721 and 605 1st & Vine Street

1702 Golfview Circle 74 Strafford Way

1020 Green Street 1st & Locust – parking lot

Curb and gutter replacement for portions of addresses listed below:

East Canyon Drive – N entrance 888 O’Neil Road

426 Oak Street 1205 6th Street

2nd & Vine Street 1031 2nd Street

A copy of the report as prepared by the Public Works Department, which indicates the nature and amount of the improvements proposed to be levied, is on file in the office of the City Clerk, 505 Third Street, Hudson, WI and is available for inspection between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday commencing 7/25/12.
