PUBLIC NOTICE

The Village of North Hudson Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 20, 2012 at 7:00 p.m., Village Hall 400 7th Street N., to consider the following:

Variance application of Sara Dobyns, 720 Riverside Dr. N., PIN 161-1047-50-000. Applicant requests a variance to construct a paver patio & path within 50 feet of the Lake Mallalieu shoreline, per Municipal Code 98-4(g).

Copies of the variance application and proposed plan are available for review at the North Hudson Village Hall Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
