Letter- Likes Duffy frugality

Dear Editor,

I recently caught yet another headline from the Democrat-friendly blog Huffington Post criticizing the frugality of our Congressman Sean Duffy who sleeps in his D.C. office, as if camping on an air mattress every week is some sort of perk or luxury.

If voters give liberal Pat Kreitlow the nod in November, he can chum around with the rest of the millionaires in the spirit of Herb Kohl or Dave Obey. Including Mrs. Kreitlow's lucrative salary at a local non-for-profit, Pat's annual household income will top a cool $500,000. Not too shabby by Wisconsin standards. Maybe Pat can get a stylish Capitol Hill townhome or rent a bedroom from Harry Reid's pad at the Ritz? I'm glad Duffy hasn't gotten absorbed by the D.C. culture. It has made him a better representative for us.
