NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the plan commission of the city of Hudson, Wisconsin will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, September 4, 5:45 p.m., City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street to invite public comment in regard to an application for a conditional use permit from Hudson Hospital, Inc. and Health Partners to request the city of Hudson to waive required side and rear yard building setbacks, pursuant to Zoning Code, Section 255-22, B for a proposed medical office building to be constructed at 405 Stageline Road. It is proposed that the Hudson Hospital and Clinics building and the proposed medical office building will be connected by a lobby.
