Roll Call – 18 Present; absent and excused: Tom Hawksford

Consent Agenda – Motion by Fred Yoerg, 2nd by Chris Kilber to

approve the minutes of the June 5, 2012 County Board meeting

and setting the next meeting of the County Board of Supervisors

for September 4, 2012. Carried unanimously.

Presentations or Recognitions - Coalition for the St. Croix River

Crossing - Public Policy Achievement; St. Croix County Sheriff's

Office - K9 Regional Trial Recognition; St. Croix County Aging

and Disability Resource Center - Elderly Benefit Specialist

Recognition; Baldwin-Woodville Girls Softball Team - 2012 State

Champions

County Administrator's Report by Patrick Thompson

Annual Committee and Department Reports – Highway

Department and County Surveyor - written reports submitted by

Highway Commissioner Tim Ramberg and County Surveyor Brian

Old and New Business

1. Resolution Establishing Library Services Funding Rates for

2013 and 2014 - Chair Standafer reported this matter is being

withdrawn from the agenda and is referring it back to the

Administration Committee.

2. Ordinance Repealing Chapter 11 – Animal Waste Management

and Recreating Chapter 11 – Animal Waste Storage Facilities of

the St. Croix County Code of Ordinances. Motion by Agnes Ring,

2nd by Andy Brinkman to approve. Carried unanimously.

3. Ordinance Amending Chapter 17 – Zoning of the St. Croix

County Code of Ordinances Sections 17.09, 17.12, 17.14 and

17.15. Motion by Agnes Ring, 2nd by Travis Schachtner to

approve. Carried unanimously.

4. Ordinance Correcting Ordinance No. 772(2008) of the St. Croix

County Code of Ordinances Chapter 17 – Zoning – Section 17.72

Rezoning Amendments – Correction of Legal Description. Motion

by Agnes Ring, 2nd by Andy Brinkman to approve. Carried

unanimously.

5. Resolution Adopting St. Croix County Pay for Performance

Policy – Motion by Buck Malick, 2nd by David Peterson to

approve. Discussion. Carried: Yes – 15; No – 3.
