PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered in the above-entitled action on February 17, 2012, the undersigned Sheriff of St. Croix County, Wisconsin, will sell at public auction on the front steps of the St. Croix County Courthouse in the City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., the real estate and mortgaged premises directed by said judgment to be sold and therein described as follows:

CROIX COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE ON SEPTEMBER 8, 2004, BEING LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (NE 1/4 OF SE 1/4) OF SECTION ONE (1), TOWNSHIP TWENTY EIGHT (28) NORTH, RANGE NINETEEN (19) WEST, TOWN OF TROY, BEING LOT 2 OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP IN VOLUME 17, PAGE 4620, AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 741696 AND LOT 1 OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP IN VOLUME 9, PAGE 2559, AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 490786. Subject to Tower Road right of way.

Terms of sale: Ten percent (10%) cash or certified check at the time of sale; balance in cash or certified check within ten (10) days of confirmation of sale.
