Letter-Rezone dog track please

Dear Editor,

We as a community have an obligation, and at present an opportunity, to provide the infrastructure necessary for educating all our children -- our leaders of tomorrow -- for continued success in the 21st century. There is a correlation between rigorous and effective public education and our community’s business prosperity and general welfare; the continued success and vitality of our connected communities is therefore dependent on the rezoning of the St. Croix Meadows dog track. I ask the people of the Hudson School District community to contact their civic leaders and request both civil and constructive dialogue at upcoming meetings. A yes vote for rezoning continues the passionate dedication to our children for generations to come.
