RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE, SALE AND DELIVERY OF $1,860,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES 2012A, OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH HUDSON, WISCONSIN; ESTABLISHING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THEREFOR; DIRECTING THEIR EXECUTION AND DELIVERY; CREATING A DEBT

SERVICE ACCOUNT THEREFOR; AND AWARDING THE SALE THEREOF

Please take notice that the Village of North Hudson, Wisconsin, adopted Resolution 2012-09, approving the issuance, sale and delivery of $1,860,000 G.O. Refunding Bonds for the Village of North Hudson, on September 4, 2012.
