CITY OF HUDSON: PUBLIC NOTICE - DELINQUENT WATER/ SEWER/ REFUSE BILLS

All delinquent water/sewer bills not paid to the City prior to Thursday, October 25, 2012, will be placed on the 2012 tax roll. Delinquent refuse collection charges due to Veolia Waste Services will also be included. Prior to placement on the roll, a penalty of 10% will be added. These charges will be levied against the parcel of property at the street location where the delinquent bills occurred.

To eliminate the possibility of any unforeseen charges on property tax bills, landlords may wish to check with the Water Dept. (715-386-4760, ext. 145) to determine if tenants are keeping their water/sewer bills current.
