PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered in the above-entitled action on March 6, 2012, the undersigned Sheriff of St. Croix County, Wisconsin, will sell at public auction on the front steps of the St. Croix County Courthouse in the City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., the real estate and mortgaged premises directed by said judgment to be sold and therein described as follows:

LOT THREE (3) OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP IN VOLUME FIFTEEN (15) OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAPS, PAGE 4079, DOCUMENT NUMBER 644641, FILED IN ST CROIX COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE ON MAY 4, 2001, BEING LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NE 1/4 OF NW 1/4) OF SECTION SIXTEEN (16), TOWNSHIP TWENTY EIGHT (28) NORTH, RANGE SIXTEEN (16) WEST, TOWN OF EAU GALLE. Subject to C.T.H. “N” and 233rd Street rights of way.
