NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at the Hudson Town Hall, 980 County Road A, at 6:30 PM, a PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED BUDGET FOR 2013 of the Town of Hudson in St. Croix County will be held. The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s office on Monday-Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at approximately 7:00 PM or IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING the Public Hearing on the proposed budget for 2013, at the Hudson Town Hall, 980 County Road A, a SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS will be held:

AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS:

1. Called pursuant to §60.12 (1)(c) by the Town Board:

a) Discussion and possible action by town electors according to §82.03 (2) to authorize a greater sum for highway appropriations for the year 2013.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

TOWN OF HUDSON

There will be a SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at the Hudson Town Hall, 980 County Road A IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING the SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS.

AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS:

1) Action will be taken to adopt the 2013 Budget, and

2) Adopt the 2013 tax levy, and

3) Approve the maximum highway expenditures according

to §82.03 (2) as authorized at Special Town Meeting of

11/13/12.
