YAH Boutique Dec. 1, breakfast Dec. 6 in Hudson
The Youth Action Hudson annual breakfast along with the Hudson Holiday Boutique and Craft Sale are major fundraisers for the organization and never more so than this year following the loss of Americorps funding in September. The craft boutique set for Saturday, Dec. 1, at Hudson High School is a joint event that also benefits the St. Croix Valley Youth Court.

This year’s YAH breakfast is Dec. 6 from 7-8:30 a.m. at the Hudson Golf Club. It is open to the public and includes a light breakfast, a silent auction and a cash drawing. The highlight of the event is a presentation by the youth volunteers of YAH who will share their experiences in the organization and how it has helped them develop valuable leadership skills. The program will also include remarks from former YAH volunteers who have gone on to use their skills beyond their Hudson experience.
Reservations for the breakfast must be received by Nov. 30 at Yvonne.larsen@youthactionhudson.org or by calling (715) 386-9803.
The fourth annual Hudson Holiday Boutique and Craft Sale runs from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at HHS, 1501 Vine St. More than 130 artists and craftsmen are expected to participate. There will also be door prizes and lunch will be available. Admission is free.
