PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the foreclosure sale scheduled for November 27, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered in the above-entitled action on May 15, 2012, has been postponed and shall be held by the Sheriff of St. Croix County, Wisconsin, as follows:
DATE/TIME: January 15, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.
TERMS: 10% of the successful bid must be paid to the sheriff at the sale in cash, cashier’s check or certified funds, payable to the clerk of courts (personal checks cannot and will not be accepted). The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the clerk of courts in cash, cashier’s check or certified funds no later than ten days after the court’s confirmation of the sale or else the 10% down payment is forfeited to the plaintiff. The property is sold ‘as is’ and subject to all liens and encumbrances.
PLACE: At the entrance of the St. Croix County Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, in the City of Hudson, St. Croix County.
DESCRIPTION: Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 30 North, Range 19 West, Town of St. Joseph, St. Croix County, described as follows: Lot 8 of Certified Survey Map recorded June 29, 2009, in Volume 24, Page 5635, Document No. 899044.
Together with and subject to access easements as shown on said Certified Survey Map.
