NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Village of North Hudson Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at 7:00 p.m., Village Hall, 400 7th Street N., to consider the following:

Variance application of Barbara Piotrowski, 547 Galahad Rd. N., PIN 161-1021-20-050. Applicant requests a variance to construct a deck within the bluffline setback in the Lower St. Croix Riverway Zoning District, per Municipal Code 98-151 (H)(5)(a).

Copies of the variance application and proposed plan are available for review at the North Hudson Village Hall Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
