Three to ring for $30,000Jeremy Lilyquist and Derek Gilbert of Hudson have stepped forward once again to help the Salvation Army meet their Red Kettle goal. They start a 30-hour marathon ring outside of County Market starting Tuesday, Dec. 11. The goal - raise $30,000.
In what has become a holiday tradition , three individuals have stepped forward to carry on the tradition started by Helen McCombie of North Hudson.
Last year Jeremy Lilyquist and Derek Gilbert of Hudson took up the challenge. They will be back again this year beginning on Dec. 11 at 3 p.m. through 9 p.m. Dec. 12 at County Market. Linda Lewis of New Richmond will be ringing at Walmart there during the same period of time.
Funds will be collected in Hudson at the following locations: Walmart, Family Fresh, Fleet Farm, Green Mill, Papa Murphy’s and Walgreens.
Local donations to The Salvation Army in St. Croix County will stay in the community to support your friends and neighbors in need of assistance.
