NOTICE of Publication

Pursuant to Wis. stat 60.80 please take notice the Town of St. Joseph will consider the enactment of an Ordinance to Temporarily Suspend Collection of Impact Fees under St. Joseph Town Code Chapter 101 on January 10, 2013. The Ordinance temporarily suspended the Impact Fee Collections for the year of 2012 from Jan 1, 2012 through Dec 31, 2012 and was not repealed or modified prior to noted end date. The full text for the proposed and amended Ordinance for the year of 2013 can be viewed at the town Clerk’s office at 1337 County Road V. Hudson, Wisconsin.
