VILLAGE OF NORTH HUDSON

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Plan Commission of the Village of North Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at 7 p.m. in the Village Hall, 400 7th St. N. for the purpose of hearing comments on proposed amendments to Chapter 98 Zoning, Section 98-5, Definitions, and Section 98-34 Industrial/Commercial District, and to Section 98-31, One-family and two-family residence districts (RS, RA, RD)., and Section 98-101, Home occupations., of the Municipal Code of the Village of North Hudson.

The first ordinance amendment clarifies how the Village of North Hudson defines the term “structure” and regulates the storage of hazardous substances. The second ordinance amendment establishes the criteria for permitting day care facilities in residential districts within the Village.

A copy of the proposed ordinances will be on file at the Village Hall and available for public inspection for a period of two weeks prior to the public hearing.

All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at the hearing.
